Citiroc and local builder Ceres Enterprises, LLC wanted to officially announce that the former historical NASA K building in Fairview Park, Ohio is being converted into an 84-unit luxury-apartment complex to be named The Centaur. The $46 million project is located on Brook Park Road near NASA Glenn Research Center and is expected to be completed in December 2021.
The Centaur is one of two adjacent historical buildings that were formerly developed and owned by NASA which played an integral role in the early and critical years of the U.S. space program, something that SLV PR knew would be a great news angle in addition to the building announcement itself. SLV PR was able to utilize historic NASA images of the building along with some history of its vital role in the space program. This, combined with SLV PR’s strong local media relationships, proved to be of interest to the media.
RESULTS
The Centaur Luxury apartment complex was well received by Cleveland media and resulted in news coverage from three of the four network television stations as well as from Cleveland Business Journal and Cleveland.com. The total potential media impressions reached was 6,300,000.
